The Meadows at North Lake HOA Board
The homeowners association Board of Directors is
made up of 5-9 homeowner volunteers who work with the management
agent to ensure provision of services (e.g., trash collection,
snow removal, insurance, lawn maintenance, etc.), solve
problems, and initiate and approve projects to improve and
maintain common areas.
Any homeowner can run for election to the Board of
Directors. Elections are held during the annual meeting, the
third Thursday in April. Homeowners are welcome and encouraged
to attend this meeting, held at the UpCounty Government Center
in Germantown, MD.
The Board of
Directors meets regularly, on the third Thursday of each month,
January – October at the Wegmans Café, 20600 Seneca Meadows Parkway, Germantown,
MD 20876. Homeowners are welcome to attend and participate in
discussions on current community topics.
April Board meeting is held at the
UpCounty Government Center
in Germantown, MD following the Annual meeting. The November
Board meeting encompasses the budget adoption and is held at the
UpCounty Government Center in Germantown, MD.
